FRAME WARRANTY

    All frames have a one year manufacturer's warranty. Warranty replacements are limited to one replacement per purchase.

    Covered under warranty:
  • Breakage
  • Defects: All defects subject to manufacturer's review


  • Not Covered under warranty:
  • Lost
  • Stolen
  • Frame over one year old


RETURN POLICY

  • All returns must be completed within 30 days from the date of purchase
  • All returns are subject to a restocking fee. Restocking fees are determined based on each individual prescription. All glasses are made to order.

CANCELLED ORDERS

  • An order may be cancelled before the lenses have been manufactured for a full refund.
  • Glasses cancelled after the lenses have been manufactured are considered a complete order, and therefore are subject to the Return Policy.


LENS WARRANTY

    Lens Warranties cover damage and vary according to the types of lenses purchased. Lost or stolen lenses are not covered. Warranty replacements are limited to one replacement per purchase.

  • Anti-Glare - 1 year warranty
  • Transition - 1 year warranty


  • Varilux lenses have a 1 year non-adapt warranty.


CARING FOR YOUR GLASSES

    We recommend the following cleaning regimen for your new lenses:

  • If you don't have our lens cleaner, rinse your glasses under running water.
  • Using a mild dish soap, gently rub the lenses.
  • Rinse under running water.
  • Use a 100% cotton towel/cloth to wipe them dry.
  • If you purchased an anti-glare coating, use the cloth provided to wipe off any smudges left on the lenses after cleaning.


  • Never wipe your lenses before running them under water or spraying them with a lens cleaner.



FREE SERVICE

    We recommend that you come in every 3-6 months to have your glasses adjusted and nosepads replaced free of charge.


REFUND POLICY

    Refund requests will be honored as soon as administratively possible. Please note that refunds on payments made by check will be subject to a waiting period of ten (10) business days following the date of payment before a refund can be issued.
